Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching employees on phone etiquette and retail sales techniques
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the market team to ensure adequate stock levels
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) system operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and providing feedback to employees
- Schedule and manage shifts for store employees, ensuring appropriate coverage at all times
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
